Bluecrest Rentals supports renters in the St. Louis area with account access, payment help, rental documents, vehicle check-ins, and issue reporting.

Common Help Topics
Payments
Open the app, tap Pay, and review your current balance or card status. If a cash or out-of-band payment was made, contact Bluecrest so the account can be updated.
Weekly check-ins
Use the Check tab to submit dashboard, interior, exterior, odometer, and warning-light information.
Documents
Use the Documents screen to view your rental agreement status and vehicle insurance card when available.
Vehicle issues
Use the Issues screen to report vehicle concerns with a category, description, urgency level, and optional photo.
Login help
Use email and password, or request an email login link from the app login screen.
Emergency or Unsafe Vehicle Condition
If a vehicle is unsafe to operate, stop driving when safe, contact Bluecrest immediately, and submit an issue report with photos when possible.
